Cheri Cope

“Playing small does not serve the world”

Cheri Cope, MS, RYT 500 is a Master’s Certified Sport Psychology Consultant and a 500 hr Certified Yoga Teacher.  She is the solo-owner of her Performance & Life Coaching business for over 15 years and the new owner of Evolve, A Community Space for Mind & Body in Hartland, Wisconsin.  

Cheri has always been a seeker for understanding how the mind works and integrating the mind/body connection to assist her clients and students discover and achieve their highest potential. Her belief is that there are uniquely inherent gifts within each of us that are just waiting to be ignited and align us with our personal power.

Her personal philosophy is to live bravely and authentically and inspire others to be brave as well.  Cheri’s entrepreneurial spirit has lead her to combine her Master’s in Counselor Education, Post-Master’s Certification in Sport Psychology, and 500 hr. Yoga Teaching Certification to create business opportunities for applying a richly integrated approach to achievement and overall life fulfillment.

Encouraging others to be brave and live their best lives is a major catalyst for creating Evolve Studio Space in order to allow teachers, students and entrepreneurs to practice their passion.   She believes that offering a space that encourages mind/body wellness teachings, gatherings, and the collaboration of the community is an important aspect to providing a holistic approach to the betterment of society.    

Cheri’s favorite yoga classes to teach are Vinyasa Flow and Strengthening Flow (a twist on physical conditioning along with stretchy feel-good yoga flows).  She also enjoys offering intention, goal setting, and achievement coaching events as well!   She has developed a mental skills curriculum for teams and individuals seeking to improve and gain mastery of their powerful mental game.  She also has experience as a key-note speaker, special presenter, and podcast guest.  

When outside of the studio, you will find her outdoors hiking, biking, & skiing. Her happy place is in the mountains where her family has a second home in Aspen. She is most grateful for her husband and three sons and friends that are like family.

Nicole Hawley

Nicole Hawley is a RYT 500 and holds certifications from Alignment Yoga, YogaOne and Kripalu. Her training includes Alignment Yoga, Chair Yoga and Vinyasa Flow while practicing and teaching yoga for nearly 10 years. She also spent several weeks in India to practice and explore the origins of yoga to develop a further appreciation and application for herself and her students. Other trainings and education includes a Master’s of Science degree focusing on Communicative Sciences Disorders and Rehabilitative Psychology, Italian as a second language, cooking classes, CPR and beekeeping. Nikki specializes in a strengthening Vinyasa Flow and will often utilize Pranayama (breath work), Meditation (quiet inward concentration) with an emphasis of honoring your body and most importantly, taking your practice off the mat. When not on her mat, Nikki especially enjoys time with her husband, four children, chickens, cats and dog on the lake in Oconomowoc. Always a lover of nature and food, she can be found hiking, cooking, kayaking and gardening in the sunshine. She hopes to assist you through the practice of yoga to expand your heart and mind. Private and semi-private classes available.

Analisa Peck

In 2011 Analisa Peck started working more deeply with crystals,Angels & energy healing & is a Reiki Master Teacher. She began her IYT 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 where she dove deeper into mudras & meditation. In 2020 she worked with Angel Intuitive, Spiritual Coach & Perfumer Rachael White of Soulscented in Melbourne, Australia, her goal is to bring in a deeper sense of connectedness, understanding & healing. Analisacreated Blue Violet Alchemy, a small business utilizing herspiritual gifts. Looking to develop this endeavor further &dedicated to discovering more on her life path, Analisa continuesto explore new & different healing techniques.

Erin Frey

Erin’s Yoga journey began as a new Mom working in a corporate job, dealing with increasing amounts of stress and anxiety. After a few years of practicing, she soon found the benefits to be profound in helping her in both her physical healing and mental well-being.

Erin is a 200 hr. certified Yoga teacher and Mindfulness coach for adults, children, and families. Her goal is to empower students to find their inner resources in order to handle the stresses and pressures they can experience in today’s complex world.Erin’s teaching comes from a place of personal experience in how slowing down, with a mindful and compassionate presence, can help bring the mind and body back into balance. She believes that each student, young or old, represents a pebble whose ripple effect can help create a future full of harmony.

Erin can be found teaching Yoga & Mindfulness in local studios, schools, after school programs, virtually, and privately. She enjoys spending time with her husband, two teen and tween daughters and her two pups. Erin also values the health benefits of walks in nature and connecting with humans, where there is a reciprocity in authenticity and deep care.

Courtney Engel Berthelsen, Trauma-Informed Yoga Therapy Teacher (TIYT™) + Yoga Health Counselor

Courtney is a yoga teacher, a textbook Pisces, ‘zen to zin’ enthusiast, lover of tacos, coffee chugger, and an avid traveler. I am a Wisconsin gal living blissfully in Lake Country, Wisconsin with my husband, two youngsters and our lovable Labrador.

Putting all these pieces of the puzzle together, yoga has undeniably helped me grow into the person and teacher I am today. I use both my creativity and my keen eye for detail as a way to compliment each asana, transition, theme, and class/session as a whole… You’ll hear me say time and time again… your mat is not only your home-base, but also your playground. After all, it’s all about playing with the fundamentals on the mat and weaving them into your life off of the mat.

Zetty Morgan

Zetty Morgan began her Yoga journey in 2000 when she moved from the U.K. to Oconomowoc WI.  In the last 20+ years, Yoga was a constant she could always turn to for physical, emotional and mental support throughout life’s ups and downs.

Zetty has been a Physical Therapist for 30 years, specializing in Myofascial Release (MFR) for the last 15.  She completed her 200hr. Yoga Teacher Training with Integrative Yoga Therapy which gave her the conviction that every Body can benefit from Yoga, whatever the physical ability level.

Her passion is teaching yoga to people from all walks of life, especially those who might feel Yoga is not for them.

Her classes have a definite therapeutic theme, comprising more than just the physical practice but also breathwork, mindfulness and somatic awareness, mudras (hand gestures) guided meditation and her favorite part – SAVASANA!!

She is also mom to three teenage girls, an avid sailor and traveler, an adaptive ski instructor and owns ‘Zippy PT&MFR’, a mobile MFR therapy practice, here in the lake country area.

Allison Laurent

Allison completed her 200 hr training through CorePower Yoga in 2010. Her focus is vinyasa flow classes that energize and strengthen the body and bring balance to the nervous system. Off the mat, she works as a physician assistant in integrative medicine, is the mom of two energetic boys, and enjoys spending time in nature with her family.

Doctor of Physical Therapy & Certified Functional Manual Therapist

Julie has been in fitness and healthcare for 30 years. As a Physical Therapist, she guides individuals from injury and illness to their most efficient body. Along the way, she discovered yoga as a great tool to aid in recovering from her own health challenges. Julie could feel the difference in herself when incorporating Yoga in her own fitness routine. She began to incorporate yoga into her Physical Therapy Practice. She studied with Alignment Yoga, Yogifit, and Judith Lasseter. Yoga incorporates our senses and encourages us to be within and feel our body. These unique factors connect our brain to all the different aspects of our body and self. It is this integral process that changes the way we think and feel about our body, allowing us to live within our body. Email Julie
